Terms of Service

These terms are between you and ShipSpeedia LLC ("ShipSpeedia", "we", "us"), the company that owns and operates the ShipSpeedia software. By creating an account or using ShipSpeedia you agree to these terms. If you use ShipSpeedia for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that company.
Purchases and billing
Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: it processes your payment, collects and remits applicable sales tax, and handles billing disputes and chargebacks. Your card statement will show the charge as coming from Paddle. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Your account and data
You own the data you upload. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to upload driver and third-party information, including any consent needed to message drivers.
Estimates are not legal or tax advice
Mileage, IFTA, toll, fuel, detention, HVUT, permit and due-date figures are planning estimates. You remain responsible for filing accurate returns and meeting FMCSA, DOT, IRS and state requirements. Always confirm amounts before filing or invoicing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access other workspaces, upload unlawful content, or send messages without the recipient's consent (TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
Intellectual property
ShipSpeedia LLC owns the ShipSpeedia software, branding and content. You retain all rights to the business data and documents you upload; you grant us only the right to process them to provide the service to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or create risk for other users or for us. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. You may export your data before termination.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ShipSpeedia available and secure but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under your state's consumer laws.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time and request an export or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
