Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 1, 2026

ShipSpeedia is committed to making our website, dispatcher app and driver portal usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable color contrast, text labels for buttons and form fields, page language, support for screen readers and zoom up to 200%, and large tap targets in the driver portal.

Ongoing work

We review new features for accessibility before release and test with automated tools and keyboard-only use. Some uploaded documents (such as scanned PDFs from brokers) come from third parties and may not be accessible; we can help read them on request.

Report a barrier

If anything is hard to use, email admin@shipspeedia.com with the page and what happened. We respond within 5 business days and will provide the information in another format if needed.
